Gabriel Marra e Rosa worked as a psychologist with children and adults in Brazil and Argentina for almost 10 years before moving to the United States of America.
He specializes in general coping struggles, trauma, learning challenges, developmental variations, mood, and personality disorders.
Dr. Rosa received his Doctoral degree from the Catholic University of Brasilia in 2014 and completed his specialization in clinical psychology that same year. Since 2008, when licensed in Argentina and then in Brazil, he has provided individual psychotherapy for children with special needs, teenagers, and adults.
Prior to moving to Atlanta, Gabriel was part of the faculty and research team at University of Salvador, in Argentina, focused on conducting studies on the effects of social media on subjectivity and analyzing college students’ learning styles.
Currently, he is concluding his post-doctoral work experience and his training on the DIR/Floortime model at Floortime Atlanta under supervision of Dr. Platzman.
